Mineralinov is a nutritional complex with a high concentration of micronutrients, plant active ingredients and mineral salts :
- Each stick provides more than 9300 mg of citrates and bicarbonates,
- 100 % of NRV (Nutrient Reference Values) in Calcium and 80 % in Magnesium contributing to normal energy metabolism and normal bone structure,
- Zinc contributing to normal acid-base metabolism,
- Vitamin D3 contributing to bone maintenance,
- Antioxidant nutrients : Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Vitamin C (from Acerola) and Vitamin E, helping to protect cells against oxidative stress,
- Dandelion extract,
- Nettle extract source of organic silica,
- Group B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6) involved in normal energy metabolism.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation to ensure normal cartilage function.
Dilute 1 stick in 1 glass of water (150 to 200 ml) and stir until completely dissolved.

To optimize your mineral balance and vitality :
Prioritize :
- Eating foods rich in citrates and potassium : fruits and vegetables, dried fruits, bananas, potatoes, prunes, etc.
- Food associations to compensate for the acidic loads of certain foods : dried fruit with cheese, vegetables with proteins, aromatic herbs...,
- Regular hydration : drink at least 1.5 to 2 litres of water per day.
Limit :
- Consumption of foods rich in salt : cold cuts, bread, cheeses...
- Any excess of animal protein, in particular red meat, offal, to be limited to a maximum of 2 times/week,
- Sugar products, alcohol and coffee.
