- Foods with antioxidant properties : fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables,

- Adding spices and turmeric to dishes,

- Consumption of tea, especially green tea, rather than coffee,

- Oilseeds, avocado, first cold-pressed oils (2 tablespoons of olive oil/rapeseed), fatty fish.
