Libérinov is a complementary combination of specifically selected nutrients and ingredients :
- Extract from Kudzu,
- Gymnema sylvestris extract,
- Extract from Milk Thistle,
- Extract of Valerian,
- Green tea extract,
- N-acetylcysteine and Taurine,
- Vitamin C and Magnesium.
Magnesium helps maintain nervous balance and normal psychological functions.
1 capsule during a meal, 1 to 3 times a day.

- Foods with antioxidant properties : fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables,
- Cooking with mild heat (steam) at high temperatures to preserve food properties and limit the formation of pro-oxidative compounds,
- Antioxidant-rich spice and turmeric dishes,
- Consumption of tea, especially green tea, rather than coffee,
- Consumption of avocado, cold-pressed oils, fatty fish,
Limit :
- Consumption of sugar and sugary drinks.
Kudzu root extract (Pueraria lobata), N-acetylcysteine, capsule: fish gelatin, milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum), Gymnema leaf extract (Gymnema sylvestris), valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), green tea leaf extract (Camelia sinensis), magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide, vitamin C, L-taurine, magnesium stearate.
Contains caffeine (9 mg/ day), not recommended for children, adolescents and pregnant and lactating women. Not recommended for women with a personal or family history of breast cancer. Not recommended for people on antidiabetic treatment. Not recommended for peptic ulcers, heart problems and hyperthyroidism. Not recommended for allergy to asteraceae.
