Oxynov is a combination of plant extracts, minerals and vitamins :
- Vegetable extracts : turmeric, lutein, quercetin, resveratrol and grape OPCs,
- Antioxidant minerals and Trace elements : Zinc, Selenium, Copper and Manganese,
- Antioxidant vitamins : B2, C, E,
- Vitamins B (B1, B2 and B3) contributing to normal energy metabolism,
- Alpha lipoic acid.
Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, vitamins B2, C and E help protect cells from oxidative stress.
1 capsule per day, during a meal, for 1 month minimum.

For a diet rich in antioxidants :
Prioritize :
- Foods with antioxidant properties : fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables,
- cooking with mild heat (steam) at high temperatures to preserve food properties and limit the formation of pro-oxidative compounds,
- antioxidant-rich spice and turmeric dishes,
- consumption of tea, especially green tea, rather than coffee,
- oilseeds, avocado, first cold pressed oils rich in vitamin E such as wheat germ oil.
Grape extract titrated in polyphenols and OPC, vitamins (C, B3, E, B1, B2), capsule: fish gelatin, turmeric extract titrated in curcumin, zinc bisglycinate, quercetin, naturally occuring beta-carotene, alpha-lipoic acid, tagete extract (Tagetes erecta) titrated in lutein, selenium-enriched yeast, magnesium stearate, manganese bisglycinate, black pepper extract titrated in piperine, resveratrol.
