CALMINOV - 250 ml

1⁄2 to 1 dose-cap (12.5 to 25 ml) in the evening to dilute in a glass of water with a small spoon, for 1 month minimum.

Prioritize :

- A carbohydrate snack around 4-5pm : organic almond cake, fruit, dried fruits, 2-3 squares of dark chocolate…

- A predominantly vegetarian dinner combining vegetables, cereal products and/or legumes, fruit or compote without added sugar. Avoid cooked fats and excess animal protein.

Reduce :

- Consumption of stimulants, especially in the second half of the day : coffee, alcohol.
