Materninov 4 is a combination of specifically selected micronutrients :
- 5 minerals : Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Selenium. Calcium and Zinc contribute to the maintenance of a normal skeleton. Magnesium and Iron help reduce fatigue. Selenium helps protect cells from oxidative stress,
- Vitamins of Group B (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12) contributing to normal energy metabolism,
- Vitamin B9 : folates help reduce fatigue,
- Vitamins C and E helping to protect cells from oxidative stress,
- Vitamin D helps maintain normal bone structure.
1 capsule a day during breakfast for 3 months.

Calcium carbonate, vitamins (C, B3, D3, B6, B1, B2, B12, B9), marine magnesium oxide, capsule : fish gelatin, iron bisglycinate, zinc bisglycinate, selenium-enriched yeast, spirulina powder (Spirulina platensis), vitamin E of natural origin, magnesium stearate. It contains sulphites.
Not recommended for children < 18 years old. Not recommended for people suffering from diseases resulting in an abnormal accumulation of iron (hemochromatosis, polycythemia...). The advice of a health professional is recommended for pregnant and breast-feeding women prior to any supplementation.
