Materninov 1 is a combination of vitamins, minerals and extracts of plant specifically selected and dosed :
- Rosemary and Turmeric,
- 3 minerals : Magnesium, Iron and Zinc, playing a role in the cell division process,
- Group B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12) contributing to normal energy metabolism,
- Vitamin B9 : folates contribute to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy,
- Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
1 capsule a day during breakfast for 3 months.

Marine magnesium oxide, capsule : fish gelatin, rosemary leaf powder (Rosmarinus officinalis), turmeric root powder (Curcuma longa), zinc bisglycinate, iron bisglycinate, vitamins (B3, D3, B6, B1, B2, B12, B9), spirulina powder (Spirulina platensis), magnesium stearate, extract of black pepper (Piper nigrum). It contains sulphites.

A rather strong taste can come out of the capsule, which was very difficult for me to take during pregnancy symptoms with repeated nausea and vomiting.
