Intestinov is a combination of rigorously selected active ingredients :
- Glutamine,
- Matricai and green clay,
- Turmeric extract contributing to the proper functioning of the intestines,
- Microbiome® orange and grapefruit extract,
- Zinc, vitamins D,
- Antioxidant nutrients : vitamins C and E.
Nutriose® is a soluble fibre derived from corn.
This formulation is compatible with a low FODMAPs diet (types of carbohydrates found in some foods that are poorly absorbed by the intestine).

To improve digestive comfort :
Prioritize :
- Take time to eat and chew food, especially protein (meat, fish, eggs): minimum 20 min per meal,
- vegetable milk products (soya, almond, rice, oats), based on goat or sheep’s milk and limit milk products based on cow’s milk,
- gluten-free cereal products : gluten-free bread, rice, rice cakes, quinoa, millet, buckwheat, corn, polenta, potatoes, pulses (according to digestive tolerance), buckwheat crackers, organic almond cake...
Limit :
- Cooked fats : fried foods, pizzas and industrial dishes, sweets, quiches, pastries, etc.,
- The following foods : Alcohol, coffee, smoked and/or pheasant foods, oil or wine based marinades, onions, cabbage, cucumber, peppers, salsify. Possibly avoid raw fruits and vegetables for some time depending on your intestinal sensitivity.
L-glutamine, green clay, dried extract of orange (Citrus sinensis) and grapefruit (Citrus paradisi), natural flavours, beet juice powder, dried extract of chamomilla (Matricaria chamomilla), acidifier : citric acid, corn dextrin, vitamins ((C, E, B3/Niacin, B5/Pantothenic acid, B12, B6, B1/Thiamine, B2/Riboflavin, B9/Folic acid, B8/Biotin, D3), extract of turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa), zinc gluconate.
