Ty Mag is a unique complementary association :

- Magnesium,

- Vitamin B6,

Magnesium and Vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system as well as normal psychological functions.
They also help reduce fatigue.

- Vitamin D3 : Vitamin D is necessary for bone growth and development in children. It contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system of children.

3-12 years : 1 sachet per day diluted in a glass of water, before a meal. To be consumed quickly after preparation.

For a healthy child : 
Prioritize : 

- A light lunch to limit digestion problems,

- Quality lipids : the brain is the second most fatty organ in the human body. The brain therefore requires "good" lipids: omega 3 contributes to the normal functioning of your child’s brain. They have a beneficial action on learning and memorization,

- Fruits and vegetables, they provide dietary fiber that has a beneficial effect on transit, but also vitamins, minerals and trace elements essential for your child’s development. According to the National Health Nutrition Program (NHNP), it is recommended to consume at least 5 servings of fruits and/ or vegetables per day.

Limit : 

- Limit fatty foods : fried foods, pizzas and industrial dishes, sweets, quiches, pastries, etc.,

- Limit animal proteins. Protein intake is necessary, in the right amount, for the development of muscle and skeleton mass of the child, but rather in the morning or noon. Excess animal protein promotes intestinal pain and can have an impact on the quality of sleep,

- Limit simple carbohydrates, carbohydrates should represent 50% of your child’s daily energy intake. Complex carbohydrates (wholemeal pasta, brown rice, etc.) should make up the bulk of this intake. Simple carbohydrates (sugar, sugary drinks, sweets, pastries, etc.) should be avoided.

Maltodextrin, minerals (magnesium citrate, magnesium glycerophosphate, magnesium acetyltaurinate), grape fructose, natural flavors, dye: beta-carotene, vitamins (B6, D3).

Not recommended for children under 3 years old.

This dietary supplement cannot replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children, in a dry and cool place.
